SPORTS PHYSICAL EXAM is offered all year long for $15. Sugar and Protein Test for $10. It is a very detail exam. We donated $5 to school upon the student's preferences. Dr. Lok is a Chiropractic Orthopedist. She can cast fractures and has advanced training on Sports Injuries.

LUMBER / CERVICAL DECOMPRESSION treatments are available at Mid Ohio Chiropractic. LCD is
approved by FDA to treat Herniated Discs, Protruding Discs,
Degenerative Disc Disease, Posterior Facet Syndrome, Sciatica problems. We
charge $46 or $23 per treatment. There is no contract to sign and we will
bill for patients , if applicable. Our charges are
comparably less then those in big cities. Our doctors can determine if you
are a candidate for LCD treatments with an initial examination and determine if
